Opening / Loading Delta Translator
Following installation, a Delta Translator icon  should will have been added to the far right of your Task Bar (the same bar that contains the Start button) near icons for other programs and utilities on your computer such as your anit-virus program, volume control, date/time, etc.

You may use this icon to quickly load Delta Translator. Clicking this icon once with your RIGHT mouse button will display the menu (shown below) where you may open Delta Translator by LEFT clicking on the Open Delta Translator option.

You may also open Delta Translator by:

a. Clicking the Start button
b. Selecting Programs from the menu list
c. Selecting the MicroPower Delta Translator 3.0 folder to view the program group
d. Selecting Delta Translator 3.0

Using Delta Translator to Translate Text

Translating text with Delta Translator is straightforward, fast and easy to accomplish:

1. With Delta Translator's Main Window open (as shown above) you can place text in the Translation Area (upper window) by either:

a. opening an already existing document on your computer by clicking the Open icon on Delta Translator's Tool Bar and selecting a specific .rtf (rich text format) or .txt (text) document
b. pasting any text copied from another program into the Translation Area (upper window)
c. typing text directly into the Translation Area (upper window)

2. With the text you wish to translate visible in the Translation Area (upper window), click one of the language direction buttons (buttons with flags) on the Tool Bar to identify the language of the text to be translated and its destination language (if not using Delta Translator's Auto-Detect Language setting):

English to Portuguese translation (source text is English)

Portuguese to English translation (source text is Portuguese)

3. Click the Start Translation button on the Tool Bar (between the flag buttons) to start the translation.

4. The completed translation will be displayed in the Translated Text Area (lower window).
