Problems Using our
Secure Online Order System? If
you are experience a problem successfully completing an online order here
on our web site (e.g. receive an error message), one (or both) of two separate
issues may be at fault which may also cause you to have similar difficulties
with other secure web sites:

To use this secure online order system your browser must be enabled to
accept "cookies".
"Cookies" are small bits of information (such as the specific product you
wish to order) stored by your browser in temporary text files on your hard
drive. If you do not wish to receive "cookies", you can disable them in
your browser and still be able to view our website,
however, you will not be able to successfully complete an order if your
browser is not enabled to accept "cookies". To check to see if your MS
Internet Explorer browser will accept "cookies", on the menu bar, click
Tools>
Internet Options>Privacy
tab>
and, then, set the sliding control to the "Medium" ("default") setting,
click the
Apply button and, finally, the
OK button.
